How good was he as an architect. Is he under appreciated? As I was researching his father AM Ross (under appreciated in his own right) my interest in PM Ross increased. Estoril in Portugal has always looked interesting. There also seems to be some question as to what European courses are Simpson's or Ross's when they were partners.
