Can somebody find it on Google Maps and post an aerial?

Have been looking on Google Maps, following the L'Argent River. No luck yet. I will be in the area next week and will make it my mission to find out as much as I can!

Eric,

You naughty boy, you knew I couldn't resisit.  ;)

I'm guessing this is it based on the clues from the article.

The clubhouse and facilities look to be pretty nice with several pools, and the course not half bad either.   ;D

I thought it might have been that one! I'm counting 20-odd holes?

Eric: No golf on this trip, sadly.

I give it a 4.

I give it a 4.

I understand a Michelin 4 is very very good indeed!

Consenting to a puff piece with obvious clues that take minutes to locate seems like a strange way to achieve anonimity.  I guess it takes marketing to stay out of the public eye!

I have played it, but my host swore me to secrey. Their policy is that if anyone writes anything about it, the member can be expelled.
Live Jupiter, Fl, was  4 handicap, played top 100 US, top 75 World. Great memories, no longer play, 4 back surgeries. I don't miss a lot of things about golf, life is simpler with out it. I miss my 60 degree wedge shots, don't miss nasty weather, icing, back spasms. Last course I played was Augusta

Cary,

Does this mean you can neither confirm nor deny the aerial I posted is said course?  ;D

If you're in the area and they don't let you in, then there's Barbaroux nearby (a Dye/Dye course). Bring 5 hours, though :)

Bob,
Perhaps not surprisingly, Golf World (U.K.) already has. I remember it holding a spot near the top-10 on the continent of Europe.

There you go Cary. The cat is already out of the bag. Enquiring minds want to know, is it more than a Doak 3?
