If you didn't delete the IMs, you should be able to reply.  If you have deleted them, did you try clicking on the little green scrolly thing under the name?

I also miss being able to view an individual's past posts.  Hopefully this will get restored at some point.

Does anyone know how to view member profiles in the new GCA? Or is it still a feature that has been turned off?
