I couldn't get the link to open but, I've played the course and it has your basic northern Westchester County attributes:
1) good green complexes, chipping and putting are a challenge and local knowledge is a definite plus;
2) rocky, hilly terrain on a rather cramped piece of property - thus, requiring a couple of questionable holes in order to make any routing work; very tough to walk; not very long;
3) lots of willow trees that, alas, are a requirement in those parts to soak up all the water in the low lying sections of the course.
Ardsley and, to a lesser degree, the shorter course at Westchester CC are other good examples.
