Yep, that is the plan Tom.  I doubt anyone will finish, but some will get maybe 9 holes in I would think.

I haven't been able to see much of the Open this year.

What in the world is the rationale for start at 7:37pm?  If they aren't going to finish until tomorrow, why make them go off tonight? 

Seems to me if it's going to end Monday, it doesn't matter when Monday.

Don't forget that they want to leave enough time on Monday for an 18 hole playoff, if required.  Even getting in an hour or two's play today will make a difference in getting done in enough time for the playoff.
