If you can stand the heat, here's something I received from WeKoPa:

We-Ko-Pa Golf Club is excited to announce TWILIGHT RATE pricing is now available for all players that wish to play after 11:00 am. 

Beginning June 1st, all tee times after 11:00 am any day of the week will be considered a twilight tee time.  The twilight rate reservations are available seven days in advance and can be made only by calling the golf shop direct.

                       Resort Twilight Rate- $50 

                       AZ Resident Twilight Rate- $35 

                       We-Ko-Pass Cardholder Twilight Rate- $25

 I have also received similar mailings from Troon North, Grayhawk,Raven at Verrado, Legend Trail and Longbow

When I was there last week there was a course advertising $1 beer all summer long.

That may be a good strategy to counter any architectural shortcomings.

Of which there aren't many, at least on Saguaro. . .  $25 means I'll have to make a trip out to see Mom some time this summer. . .

Great rates to be had this summer.  In fact, WeKoPa summer rate anytime is only $45 (residents)

Raven @ Verrado is $39 weekdays and weekends after 11AM, $29 after 1PM

Although, at WeKoPa, you can use the Sun Mountain push carts AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!    ;)
