The ownership of Applecross Country Club in Downingtown, PA (which has been stuck in an early development phase for several years) has been transfered from Pulte Homes to Talamore.
As you know, Talamore is very good at this sort of thing - they run courses in PA and NC.
The designer continues to be Mike Nicklaus (Nicklaus Golf Design).
This could be a good thing for the course, but I'm not sure where they'll get members other than folks living in the development. The biggest plus I see is free reciprocity at their PA and NC courses.
