Since St. John's hasn't fielded a team of even poor quaality since the last time Villanova stayed out of the way long enough to pull-off a miracle upset I may just have to root for them.

I haven't watched a game all season, but I always support Michigan.  However, being realistic Michigan won't get past Oklahoma.  The only real surprise will be Texas making the Final Four which will consist of

Mich St, UCONN, Texas and Oklahoma.

Tell me which region plays which in the final 4 and I will give you my predicted champion.

I think it will be tough for BC to get past Super Bowl Champions USC on Friday, but I am in.

You and I are tied at the top right now Mike.  Wink

You'll like this one Mike:  one of my good friends that owns a business that will be very busy today also happens to be a Hawk.  As die-hard as you'll ever find.  And his disdain for Villanova is, of course, immense.  When he saw the current NCAA draw (where in the first round 'Nova plays American University), he quipped:  "I'm an American.  I'll have to root for American."

What are the changes for Cornell to upset Mizzou?   Grin

I'm happy that I can pick Louisville to win it all and have a good shot at being right.

Last time there was a repeat Ivy League Basketball Champion other than Penn or Princeton was never until this year, so you never know. Maybe Doak will send more money now!

Dartmouth came close to a repeat in the 50's but the second year, they were a Co-Champion with Princeton which is kind of like Jack and Gary shaking hands at the Presidents Cup and not having a playoff.  Roll Eyes

Rick Pitino is probably due and assuming his team is not worn out from the Big East, they are my pick too.

One and only one bump to the thread.

There is still time to enter the tourney challenge.  I'd like to thank the other 16 entrants for battling for 2nd place.   Grin
