Rory,

Thanks for the heads up to the interesting article. Ron and Jim do exemplary work. They did a splendid job at recapturing  Alison's vision at Kirtland. Golden Valley (AWT), Glen Ridge( Park ), Lulul and Lawsonia are also excellent restorations.

p.s.  Newport is also great

 I loved Ron's dream to build a bunkerless course that "relies only on the subtleties of the topography and the ground game".

Bill Diddel did just that almost 50 years ago.  Nothing new.
