 8) Glad to see folks checking in one way or the other..

I have not played golf north of Trinity, TX so the Dallas boys will have to choose a venue and time for up there in Spring.. though Ben is gunning for a Rawls outing..

We'll catch you later Mike...  and though we didn't get to win a million $ at Swanson's opening, it looks to be a very nice place to work on one's game.. nice job!

I've entered into Memorial Park Lottery for 2 tee times... normally i just walk up during week, hadn;t used their system before.. so it may be difficult to get group there, will know Weds AM

Hod and Carter.. I'm starting to lean towards ol TPC over Wildcat, if you guys can make cross-town journey up to north side.. I'm still open to input.. please confirm

A little late to the party but I am out for this weekend. I will be interested in future events when the weather clears and I can step on grass without sinking.

Thanks Steve go visit and get all synced up.

I put in for some lottery times at Memorial too - they don't have penalties if I don't show up.

Cheers

Hope to see ya in H-town someday.. maybe Rodeo time?  I suspect next sanctioned TX 2010 gathering will be in Dallas area in spring..

p.s. your blood must have severely thinned living down along the coast if 60F forecast on Sat is going to be too damn cold!  I can say that as a NW Ohio boy ::)

Steve,

This is a little late but thanks for the shout out and the work setting this up. I'm locked to San Antonio for the foreseeable future but would like to attend a later function if organized. Props for pulling everything together so quickly.

Happy New Year,

I guess I should log in more often in 2010.  I could have made it today  :'(

Anyway, I'm always open for a weekday quickie in the Houston area -- I'm sure Krahenbuhl can find time as well.  I have 3 months left on my membership at Blackhorse so if anyone wants to get out for a 1/2 day, let me know.

I think a mid-April, one day sabbatical to Lubbock is in order as well.

It's not a terrible drive for most Dallas/Austin/San Antonio GCA'ers for 36 holes on an open, fun, windy layout.  Hopefully the turf will still have some dormancy and the air won't be too warm the weekend of the 10th.

For good measure, I'll bring a jet up for the weekend and you guys can take a look if you want.

Hell, Ben, maybe you can pick them up in Houston and Dallas and then take 'em home after!  That would be nice!   ;D

Not enough room.  Plus I only have one helmet and g-suit.  And if you think I'm putting Steve Lang in a seat with a handle that ejects BOTH cockpits, you're as nuts as I am about windy golf in Lubbock.
