These are REALLY cool.  I have none to add.  And I know the first one - man anyone here who doesn't ought to get two lashes with a very wet noodle - but Robert, the second one.... is that Cal Club? #10 approach?  Man I was just there less than two weeks ago and I am uncertain.... likely because when I played it it was 85 degrees and crystal clear!

Eric,

I didn't take this, but a killer picture.

I think the gates and the removal of access through them, have caused as  much anguish to the locals as did Captain Boycott's actions in County Mayo back in the 1880's.

FOG  >:(

Wake up , look out at a fine day , only one thought , Golf .

Step out my door , and then discover the north side of the town , including the golf course is pea soup !

Probably happens a dozen times a season  :-[

Tom,

Yes it is.... but I think Josh has me beat with his photo!!! I don't know if I have ever seen a course look scarier than that :-[   The photo I posted was actually one of the photos that Jeff Stettner took in a previous thread.

Robert - thanks!

And these pics are perfect for Halloween.

Of course Josh's pic doesn't scare me... I birdied that hole (my one claim to fame that day).

Nice playing.... but even on a sunny and warm day that hole scares me from the tips (around 490 in think)!!! But hey, at least in normally plays downwind, unlike 13 which might be one of the more difficult holes I have ever played if it is windy.

Oh... and oddly enough I had to steal a picture of a foggy day from someone else. After searching through all my photos I was amazed that the backdrop on all of them was bright blue. Odd considering some of the weather you get in SF.

Hint: there were two recent threads about this course by Mike B. and myself.
