Saddleback in Solon, IA has two back to back par 5s, and actually three out of four in a row!

13: 565 yards, playing into the prevailing wind, with a visually deceptive drive, and OB all the way from tee to green down the left.  Its somewhat downhill in the middle, then steeply uphill the last 50 yards with a very wide but shallow multi tiered wild green cut into a hillside that features a huge false front which puts a premium on the approach shot.  A three shotter for almost everyone not named Bubba.

15: 549 yards, playing with the prevailing wind, the first 150 or so yards are steeply downhill, then its flat to the green, which is small (and quite shallow from the angle you are approaching it when going for it in two) surrounded by a lot of mounds that make bouncing the ball onto the green quite tricky.  I've reached it with as little as a SW but the shorter your approach the harder the wind must be blowing which means reaching the green isn't the challenge, holding it is.  I make most of my birdies there chipping back from behind.

16: 553 yards, playing parallel and opposite to 15 it is flat to start and then steeply uphill the last 150 yards and playing into the prevailing wind so its a true three shotter (or more) for almost everyone, and has a far more interesting second shot challenge than most three shot par 5s have.  If your layup isn't perfect you'll have a blind approach where you may not even see the top of the flag.  If your layup is really bad you have a blind approach from a crazy sidehill lie in the rough!

Back nine is 4-4-3-5-3-5-5-3-4, so you get a 6 hole stretch without a par 4, which is the longest I've ever seen anywhere on a regulation course.
My hovercraft is full of eels.

Crail Balcomie Links (13 and 14).  In fact the run of holes 13-16 has three par 3s and a 250 yard par 4.
In June I will be riding the first three stages of this year's Tour de France route for charity.  630km (394 miles) in three days, with 7800m (25,600 feet) of climbing for the William Wates Memorial Trust (https://rideleloop.org/the-charity/) which supports underprivileged young people.

Mark,

Back to back par 3's aren't back to back to back par 3's.

Ilkley has two consecutive par 3's, the 2nd where you play from the tee to a green on an island in the River Wharfe and the 3rd where you play along the island with water at both sides.

Pat, are you thinking of Shiskine, the 12 hole course on the Isle of Arran? It has six par 3's.  Three run consecutively on the front half (holes 3,4 & 5) and the three closing holes on the back half (10, 11 & 12).
2014 to date: not actually played anywhere yet!
Still to come: Hollins Hall; Ripon City; Shipley; Perranporth; St Enodoc

Indeed.  I missed a "to back".  Mea Culpa.

Victoria Club (Behr in Riverside, CA) has two sets of back to back par 5's.....on the back nine! 14/15, 17/18.

LA North - #1 & 2 (although #2 was originally a solid par 4....unfortunately this is not going to be restored next year)

Victoria finishes 3-5-5-3-5-5; can anyone top that for an interesting finish? 15 is is perhaps the most unique par 5 I have ever seen. The Alps-inspired hole requires some very tough decisions for the 2nd shot....and the resultant 3rd shot and the placement of the hazard are sublime.
You'd make a fine little helper. What's your name?

Santa Ana CC in (as of today) unincorporated Costa Mesa/Newport Beach, California at holes 9 and 10.  The course also begins and ends on par 5s at 1 and 18, probably some of the worst par 5s in existence.

The Homestead, Cascades has par 5s at 16 and 17, then ends on a par 3.

Not a well known course I suppose, but Ken Kavanaugh's Longbow Golf Club in Mesa, AZ has back-to-back par 5's (#9 and #10) .   One of the oddities of this (par 71) layout is that all of the three par-5's come in a 5 hole stretch (#6, #9 & #10).  After ten, no more par 5's for the remainder of the round.

Lakota Canyon Ranch in Colorado has back-to-back par fives (#4-5) and also three par fives in the first five holes as #1 is also a five par. The 4th is pretty definitively uphill then the 5th goes back down. Two of the best holes on the course in my opinion--the 1st is the weak one of the bunch.

Tom Doak beat me to it, but Inwood has THREE consecutive par 5's.  For those of you who don't know it, Senor Doak did the restoration of this hidden gem by one of Ran's favorite Golden Age guys - that being Herbert Fowler.  And a fine job it was, too.  If you have good earplugs to drown out the jets at JFK, you could play it every day.

Chip, Doak:

How could you not observe that besides Inwood having three consecutive par-5s, these are followed by back-to-back par-3s?

Front nine is:

4-4-5-5-5-3-3-4-4

How about Kooyonga GC here in Adelaide, Australia - back to back par fives on the front nine 1 and 2; and back to back par threes on the back nine 15 and 16. I reckon that might trump yours!

Speaking of Doak, he is also the a "killer" of a back to back set of fives at Pasatiempo #1, which he shortened from a five to a four and#2, which used to be a three-shotter in in its original conception. (which wasn't his doing)

#2, You used to hit across the entrance drive from a tee that is still there and that is somewhat near the 1st green.

I was wondering when SoCal would chime in about Rustic.

Me thinks it's the Phillies hangover that's causing the sloppiness.

We'll give it a break this time around...

The back-to-back par 5s at Highland Links (Cape Breton) are detailed here as part of a GCA profile:

http://www.golfclubatlas.com/capebreton000114.html

Not only one but two sets of back to back Par 5s here. Numbers 6 and 7 and then numbers 15 and 16. All 4 holes IMO are great Par 5's.
Thompson golf holes were created to look as if they had always been there and were always meant to be there.

 8)  John Handley... Walden has 3 in a row.. 9-10-11..  some days 8 just seems like you have to play it like a three shotter.. 11 (double dog leg down to lake) pictured below has allways been highly ranked in TX

The old Boxgrove/IBM Golf Club near where I live used to open with 2 par 5s and close with 2 par 5s.  I don't believe that they ever had double tee starts, but if they did you may have found yourself playing a 4 par 5s in a row.

Paul.

I seem to be one of the few that played the original course intact. The opener was fairly routine and quite reachable with a well bunkered green - there was slight dogleg to the left. The second was a delightful dogleg right with a 200 year old red oak gurading the corner. You flirted to shorten the hole or played well left.

The 17th was a 600 yard snooze fest that was very long and very dull. The finisher was great, a hrad dogleg to the left around bunkers with a well bunkered green in reach after a great drive over the corner.

I miss that course it was really great.
