For #4 I guess I should include the hole # as well.

Its #7 at Ponderosa, a 9 hole course.

Yep, it is the 7th hole at Ponderosa Golf Club in Truckee, California.  This par-4 stretches to 430 yards (at altitude) and as partially visible in the photo, the approach shot to the green is through a narrow opening in the trees. 

Also partially visible is a bunker that spans the width of the opening make the ground game approach nearly impossible.
