Downington, PA suggestions?

I will be in Downington, PA this weekend for a LAX tournament.  I may have some free time Saturday afternoon. Is there anything of interest very nearby?

I second Karl's response.

Downingtown is a fun course and I particularly like the first 12 holes.  Good par 3's.  Couple of interesting shorter par 4's.

I also like how the back 9 is comprised of 3 par 3's, 3 par 4's and 3 par 5's.

Honeybrook is a really nice public course in Honeybrook, PA.

If you play Downingtown, be sure to walk.  It's pretty expensive if you cart it, but it's a very easy to walk golf course.   Between the 2, I'd play Downingtown.

I would also suggest staying put and playing Downingtown.  Lots of fun.  Here's some pics from an early morning round there last year:

It isn't around the corner but everyone says Lederach is the place to go if you are within an hour's drive.

Ditto. I used to play Downingtown when I'd be staying in the Exton area for business. There was a twilight rate and it was a very enjoyable and easy to walk course-- whether it was for 9 holes or more!

Thanks for the suggestions one and all. Downington sounds like the place to go if the timing works out.

Jerry, Lederach would be wonderful but I won't have time to make the drive there and back.
