Your own personal Gourmet Choice

When I was down on the English Channel last weekend I was debating with several friends TD's Gourmet Choices.  One of my friends has played 2/3rds of the list and longs to play the rest..I concur and wish to do the same..We then started talking about our own personal Gourmet's choice, where we would take a friend to play.. So I thought, if you could add one course to Doak's list, what would it be..I would pick Royal Cinque Ports for reasons stated in my In my opinion piece.  Deal holds a special place in my heart..To finish it off I would go hole by hole and do one of these for the Tom Dunn/Sir Guy Campbell course.

Although it is probably unfair, I've always thought that TCC - Open course was an interesting choice since there really is not a single architect who can take credit for the entire design (with the exception of Rees  :P ).
