It may be tough to make a go of a golf resort just now, but Zillah is a great place for a wine themed resort IMO.

Certainly a better concept than the Lord of The Rings subdivision in Bend:

boy that must suck to be the one guy who owns a house in that subdivision...like the people who buy in early on golf course housing only to have very few others buy in after them

I think Lochenheath in MI is like this....too bad, as the golf course is pretty good
199 played, only Augusta National left to play!
