18 various course pics...can you name them all?

Again, because I found out recently how to post pics on GCA I thought I'd post another 18 pictures from my vast library of photos.  These are pictures from all over the country (well two from outside the U.S.) at places most haven't been but you may recognize.  A few get talked about quite a bit on this site.  I felt it unecessary to post pictures of The Ocean Course, Bandon, Whistling Straits, etc. because we've all seen plenty of those.  Because I'm a Michigander and winter golf to me is a 3-day January trip to Tennessee or North Carolina the dormant grasses may throw a few people off. 

A few hints before you start:
* Only 2 of them are featured in the "Courses by Country" section
* 2 of them are from outside the U.S. 
* 2 different pairs are from the same state
* Only Nicklaus & Fazio each have 2 courses shown.  All else are from different architects.


If someone can get all 18 without any help I'd be surely impressed.  Enjoy!

OK, I'll take a few guesses:
18 and 4 look like RTJ Trail courses. 16=Bulls Bay. 1=Wolf Creek. 7 is 3 Mile Island Golf and Country Club.

#12 looks exactly like #9 at the Harvester but the buildings are not in the right places.

     You are correct, Victorial National.  Picture is taken from the clubhouse looking over at #9 green.

You've got #1 & #16 correct but #18 and #4 are not RTJ Trail courses.  #4 was correctly identified as Victoria National.  #7 is not 3-Mile Island...it's a course that is pretty highly regarded...I love the look of the hole with the smoke stacks in the background too.

It is Desert Mountain...unless I'm wrong (which I could because its been 2 years since I played all the courses out there) it is the Geronimo course

#18 is #18 at Heritage GC in the town that I live, Wake Forest, NC.

#13 has got to be Engh, but it doesn't match any hole at Sanctuary.  Lakota?  Pradera?

Henry,
      You've got the 5th (St. Kitts) but 17 is not Nevis....I don't think too many people have played it since its private / $400+ to play.  Not that it is a good course, just a good location.  Located on island in Caribbean famous for their rum.
