You simply need a refresher... which Ran and I are going to work on I believe.

Boy you've got that right.  I am working the marital negotiations now... might have to bring the kids, but we shall see - hopefully spring/summer 2009.  In the meantime I am sending an emissary your way to pave the way for me.  Oh yes, the Silver Fox Benham shall be down there quite soon.

 

And re that pic... 9 on the Desert?  Freakin' great hole, even if I get it wrong....

Ok I know those golf holes - 17 and 18 on CdeS Ocean.

Maybe this was from a hot-air balloon?  If not that, one of those parachute things pulled by a boat that I never have had a chance to try?  Maybe the top of that lighthouse on the other side of the bay?  That seems too low for this angle though....

Correct! Although, the green is drivable if the winds cooperate. Nothing like a two put birdie on a par 4.

California Golf Club and Golf Club of California are entirely different.  I may be an idiot sometimes, but that'd be like guessing the architect of a photo of the 16th at Cypress as Ted Robinson.

Here's the hole at GC of CA that I was referencing and while not correct, at least it's on the right track, although a bit of a mirror image (and even the surrounding terrain is similar)
