I am going to Monterey next week 9-2 thru 9-5 and was wondering about the above courses current conditions and what the west coast guys think of the courses. I haven't played them in 20 years and wondered what if anything has been done on them.
I love golf, the fightin irish, and beautiful women depending on the season and availability.

I've only played Pajaro Valley, Tim. I really liked it. Pete does a wonderful job there. It's well worth the time.

Tim,
Corral is the class of that group, if you have access.

Rancho is in good shape but I actualy think the East is more interesting.
Sa;inas Fairways is in really good shape , I played there last week.  It is the best value of the courses you mentioned.
But Pajaro is the most fun and I would go there.
Cheers
Stan
