JK,
In all seriousness, I missed your "playing" interview concept. Oddly, its probably a worthy subject, although for me and the other gca's here, but not perhaps the others.
I do consider what I wear to interviews, playing interviews, first meetings, etc. First, I would never wear shorts, no matter how hot.
Second, I admit that I do consider if a particular logo on a golf shirt might send a certain message. I usually wear logos of my own courses, or perhaps one that might help stir some discussion. Cowboys is always a good one for that. A Masters shirt, Scottish shirt (TOC) or shirt from any recent major might also do the same. I gather its says I am "golfy." (yes, thats supposed to be an "L" and not 2 "O's"
Just from looking around at those kind of pre-proposal meetings, I think most gca's wear their own logos. I always wondered if Doak wears shirts from classic old courses when he meets a client......it would perhaps signal his interest in classic courses?
I hear Paul Cowley wears Kilts and no underwear!
And, Forrest Richardson often shows up without hair!
