Dan is the one who I spoke to about this. As you know, he is a really good guy and it was a pleasure talking with him about the golf course.
He said Ben "doesn't do restoration work" but has been willing to offer advice. What work will actually be done and who will ultimately do it has yet to be decided. I got the impression from Dan that it's mostly related to trees.
I don't know how long Ben has been a member. Didn't ask!
