Are there any cheap public Maxwells in TX/OK/KS?

There is a little 9-holer in Blackwell, OK right off I-35 (just south of the KS border) that I beleive Chris Clouser told me was a Maxwell design. Although the course had no informaion about its past anywhere, judging by the greens, which were very interesting, I could easily see it being a Maxwell course.
