Post WWII designs- Any resto's?

I'm curious if there has been attempt made by clubs out there that have a post WWII design (RTJ, Dick Wilson, etc) to "restore" the original design? If not, are we to see this possibly in the next 20 years?

We had a call about a year ago about restoring a Dick Wilson course (plus making a couple of changes or adding length, I think). I passed on it, but assume the club is going to go ahead and do it with someone. Won't say where because it's none of my business if they don't.

We did a restoration of a 1950 William Diddel course. I do think its the next wave.
