I'll be working as a walking scorer Th, Fr, and Sun mornings of the upcoming McDonald's LPGA Championship at Bulle Rock, June 5-8.  IM me if you are going and would like meet me there.

Joe - we may well be going to see Sorenstam's swan song.  As always, it depends on the weather :)

PS - As much as I love BR #2, I absolutely HATE its 15th hole!

I would agree that as good as #2 is, #15 is probably as bad.

Note:  people over 50 are admitted free on Thursday morning at the tourney.  My experience has been that hardly anyone is there on Th morning and it is a great opportunity to see the ladies play.  And if you've never seen them play in person, you'll be pleasantly surprised at a minimum.

Not to hijack the thread, but what makes #15 so bad?  Is it just that it's sort of a straightforward uphill par 5?  I've only played the course once so don't remember a whole lot about it, but I don't remember thinking it was an awful hole.

CJ - The hole is just plain strange.  Your tee shot goes to one fairway, your next shot goes to another fairway to the left at a higher elevation.  A perfect tee shot allows one to go for the green in two, but the rough down where the "creek" is is very deep.

To me, 15 is out of place with the rest of the course.

Just a little reminder that this fantastic LPGA major toonamint starts this Thursday at Bulle Rock!  If you are over 50 years old, admission is free on Thursday.  The pairings finally came out this afternoon and I did not get Annika on Th or Fr morning.   :(

But say 'hi' if you are there (I'm working the 7:59 AM groups both Th an Fr morning going off the 10th tee).
