People:  Jimmy Demaret, Tommy Armour and Tony Lema.  These are the dead tour pros who I think I would have the most laughs with.   Probably an excellent cocktail hour following play, too.  Actually, throw in George Plimpton for two of four rounds in place of Tony Lema.  I think Mr. Plimpton and I would get on famously.

Places: NGLA, Merion, Pine Valley and Five Farms.  I am such an Easterner.

I'd play my first round at Pine Valley with:  My Grandpa Slonis, my Dad(if up there yet), George Crump and Harvie Ward.  We'd play in a fivesome because Mr. Crump would say it's okay...his course, his rules. ;)

2nd round at Augusta National with:  Bobby Jones, Ben Hogan & Byron Nelson

3rd round at The Old Course with:  Old Tom Morris, Jack Nicklaus & Arnold Palmer(If they were there before me)

I wouldn't need a fourth round. ;D ;D

As long as I'm playing with someone who can FINALLY tell me who shot JFK and why, I don't care if we're playing on something out of pasturegolf.com...

TOC - with my father and my uncle who both gave me my love for golf and Old Tom Morris.

Royal Dornoch - with Donald Ross, Herbert Warren Wind and Ben Crenshaw (assuming Ben gets to Heaven before me)

Augusta National - with Alister MacKenzie, Bobby Jones and Jack Nicklaus (same for Jack as Ben)

Pine Valley - with George Crump, Harry Colt and Bernard Darwin
2014 to date: not actually played anywhere yet!
Still to come: Hollins Hall; Ripon City; Shipley; Perranporth; St Enodoc

Provided we are all there:
My Uncle - who taught my brother and I  the game and is, as we read this, making the turn this morning with Bing Crosby, Jackie Gleason and Walter Hagan at Cypress.
My twin brother
me

We always played as a three-some....course really doesn't matter.

Round One - Merion with Wayne Morrison, Hugh Wilson, CB Macdonald and Tom Macwood.

Round Two - Pine Valley with George Crump, Tom Paul, Simon Carr and Tom Watson.

Round Three - Fresh Meadows with Gene Sarazen, Byron Nelson, Sam Snead and Rick Wolffe.

Round Four - Bethpage Black with Arnold Palmer, Dave Marr, Tillinghast and my oldest brother Stephen the course record holder. As he is still working off his sentence in Purgatory, caddying for us would be Joe Burbeck

Well it sure as hell can't be Tiger, because he sold his soul to the devil a long, long time ago...  ;D

I'll take Jesus, Sir Isaac Newton and Socrates.

I am sure the members of NAMBLA and suiciders will be happy to hear Socrates made it.

Since Christianity gets readily panned here, I'm astonished that everyone expects to have a tee time. ;)
