Any new projects opening or in the pipeline?

I'm aware of (opened in 2006/2007, or early this year):

Jay Peak (VT)
Sunday River (ME)
Butter Brook (MA)
Lake of Isles (CT)
GC of Cape Cod (MA)
the new one in Dracut, MA...
the Bob Cupp course in Stowe...(VT)

I know there is one being planned in the development that will eventually encompass the former South Weymouth Naval Air Station land...
So I jump ship in Hong Kong....

Brian Silva's Old Marsh Country Club is opening in Wells, ME next year.

EDIT - this year, 2008.

Brad:

Burnt Mill won't open until 2009, which means - as far as I know - only one golf course opening in New England this year; a great indicator of the state of the business.

Maine National, a Faxon/Booth design, is located in Southern Maine. They have many of the holes roughed out but I am not sure that they will make a 2008 opening.

Well not tecnically in New England but you can literally hit a ball OB into New England at the new Dye designed Pound Ridge GC (NY) on the Stamford, CT border.

Burnt Mill and Maine National are the same course . . .  the former was rebranded as the latter.
