Maybe going a bit OT but what is a better way to describe the Art in GCA, Painting a picture or writing an creative essay?

Where do "Business decisions" fit into the equation? If a golf guy tells the atchitect it must be at least 7000 yards and they decide to go ahead and do the project they are potentially compromising perhaps some of the art.

Science 20%
Art (80% - "Business" compromises)
Business = balance
Never argue with an idiot. They will simply bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Ryan,

This fool had a lot of trouble with science!  I do have an artistic personality type and take some pride in overcoming weakness in the science side, which may affect my opinion of the relative value of each.

I find that hard to believe, you always seem to answer questions with numbers.

Kind of reminds me of the Chris Rock skit where he was talking about keeping it real. Paraphrasing he asked himself whats 2+2?

and then answers with

JELLLO....

Only you work the other way around. ;)

My favorite quote on that comes from Rod Whitman:

10 % philosophy and all that crap, 90 % hard work
