The tree on the island in the bunker reminds me of Dye.

Tidewater for sure, maybe Myrtle Beach, one of the hundred or so there.  I like that bunker at the green, looks a lot like #3 at Woking!  ;D

Definitely SC, Hilton Head area ? Berkely Hall or Colleton River. Although it doesn't look very Fazio or Nicklaus .

On a side note you have to love how the lower green has two tan bunkers and one really one white one.

Reminds me of Dye, probably in Myrtle Beach.

This looks like a candidate for another "Is this a well-designed hole?" thread.

Kyle,

I know I'm cheating, but that reference was miserable......

No bail out off the tee.  Hate that sculptured bunker with the circle tree.  Phony looking.  Maybe better from the ground than aerial.

I don't believe it's anywhere on the Grand Strand...I believe I would've seen pictures of this hole somewhere before, and I'm not familiar with it.

Florida, perhaps?  Could it be from one of the Amelia Island courses?

Sideshow Bob and Jean ValJean?

I'll throw out a guess of one of the Sea Island courses.

It sure likes the SC low country to me. It is vaguely familiar--I just can't quite place it yet.

My very guess is the Cassique Course at Kiawah designed by Tom Watson.  This was his first solo design in the NOAM (according to the website).

SC low country is correct as this is the Cassique Course at Kiawah designed by Tom Watson.  This was his first solo design in the NOAM (according to the website),

Thanks Mike.  These are fun.

I knew low country, and thought it looked like Dye, but couldn't figure out the course.

Watson's work here seems very different from the course recently posted -- was the Conservatory in FL -- an interesting contrast from the same designer.
