I can't stand Joe Hancock.

He always takes the time to send me private messages pointing out either the absurdity or the inaccuracy of my posts, and then to top it off, he sends me one the other day to tease me that he's heading to Vietnam soon where he'll get to eat some "real Pho".

The guy should be permanently banned from here.   ;D

I have found myself on the floor many a time after reading Mr Hancock's posts, and I look forward to getting to know every one of the carpet fibers on my floor before I'm through.... ;)

Paul,
Your taste is....well......

Joe Hancock. Let me say this about "Crazy" Joe Hancock.......

Crazy? Yes, absolutely certifiable.

Women and children hide their faces in disgust when they come across him during mid-day.

If there was a asylum somewhere out on a abandoned island on Lake Michigan, Crazy Joe would be the landlord. He would also be the only tenent, because all of the crazies on the island wouldn't put up with his nonsense. Also, this way he could always be late on the rent, and he would could constantly listen to the excuses of how the check is in the mail.

You want to applaude somebody, applaude DeVries for putting-up with it for so long.

Mike Cirba,

It's pronounced "fur".

 :)

Joe,

It's pronounced "fuh?", with the rising intonation as in asking a question.

As in my usual reaction in reading your posts, where I inevitably mutter to myself, "What the Pho?"   ;D

And one other thing, Tommy -- all the grass on the island would be dead, or dying.

The only green thing in sight would be Joe's pin-wheel hat. He told me he wears it because it makes him look "modern".

I don't know what he means either, James. I just smile and hopes he goes away.

Also, I wish to complain about this parrot what I purchased not half an hour ago from this very boutique.

Can I rephrase that?

I walked around Merion with Joe Hancock one time---at least I think we walked around the front nine (his kid was with him and that's tough with people like us from Philly). He was pretty funny, I guess, but not that funny and he didn't seem to appreciate some of my jokes. I think his problem was he was actually into the architecture and he didn't appreciate the distractions.

Tom,

I remember like it was yesterday. I wasn't funny because my youngest son didn't dress warm enough, so I let him wear my coat. I blame it on his dress........

Or was it twice?

Congratulations, James. But be careful - remember, when you stare into the abyss, the abyss stares back into you.

Mrs Mary Jo Hancock taught both her boys that much can be determined from their signature, and thus, older son John:

as he said, "there, I guess King George can read that!"

and little brother Joe:

who said, "Make everything as simple as possible, but not simpler." or was it Einstein...?

Which dress was he wearing? The little black cocktail length with a Grand Island logo? I didn't know you were forcing all of your idiosyncracies on your son so early. I hope you don't have him wearing women's lingerie already like you.

Joe, I was in GR last week and had dinner plans fall through. Why didn't you call me?
