The Former Communist Countries

I'm aware of golf develoments in Poland, the former DDR, Croatia, Hungary, Czech Republic. There are probably more - I'd be interested to know what is out there and what shows promise.

Mark, when I sent some folks to our sister congregation in Slovakia, they were told that there are a few courses in the works.  One in the Tatras mountains and a couple near Bratislava.  A friend of mine travels to Slovenia and reports about some construction there as well

Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania have a growing golf population.  I think there are only approx. 20 courses between them at present.
