Somehow the thread was highjacked and accidentally deleted. This hole is interesting because either Emmett or Tillinghast consciously used the OB as an integral part of the design. Not shown in the pictures are two gigantic late 19th century mansions that are only accessed the the two roads to the right of the green and over the green. Not picked up by the pictures is the wonderfully subtle flowing movement on the green. Almost every player walks away befuddled by how their putts broke.
