What about the English course with no bunkers...is it Swinley Forest?

There must be a candidate or two there...
So I jump ship in Hong Kong....

Are you thinking of Royal Ashley Forest?

Ciao

Or maybe Royal Ashdown Forest? (Emoticon omitted.)

Royal Ashdown, via Virtual Caddy:

No. 11 looks like a candidate.

Most Ross "volcano" holes fit your description. Here's the 8th at Misquamicut:

Here's two more from North Carolina- The third hole at Carolina Golf Club (Ross) in Charlotte is naked, although originally there may have been a bunker on the right side that is now grassed in.  It may only be naked for a couple more months as the course is scheduled to undergo a major renovation starting this fall and I believe Kris Spence intends to put the sand bunker put back in.

We (Love Golf Design) are finishing up a renovation just north of Charlotte at The Club at Irish Creek, formerly known as the Kannapolis CC, and we have reinstated a hole that had been taken out of play in a prior renovation- the old 9th hole which will now be the finishing 18th.  Davis and Mark liked the idea of finishing with a strong par-3, especially one that will play more like a par-3.5.

Here is a picture of the 18th during grow-in.  From the back tees, the hole will play approximately 240 yds. across a valley to a green featuring a not-so-subtle knob in its center.  Lots of great pins and tough chips/pitches for those missing the green.  (Hopefully the power lines behind the green will be coming down)

The Dell Hole at Erin Hills in Wisconsin has no water or sand, relying only on its blindness for its defense.

The tee shot over the stone with the green sitting in the hollow beyond:

Side view:

On the original Dell Hole at Lahinch, I believe there is one small bunker on the far left that hardly comes into play but is there nonetheless.

The 5th hole at Vista Links in Buena Vista, VA, is a par three, and the only bunkerless hole on the course.  I don't have a picture (and probably would be unable to post one if I did), but the green is basically benched into a steep hillside (running from right down to left), and falls off into oblivion in the back.  It's quite an intimidating shot, especially when the pin is in the back (as it was today).
