It's holding it's own as well as any course nowadays that isn't prepped for a major.
"Perimeter-weighted fairways", The best euphemism for containment mounding I've ever heard.

Why is it ?

I mean every year the Dutch Open is held on old style courses like Kennemer , Hilversum , Noordwijkse , yet every where else on the European tour seems to be dominated , by newly opened 'America transplanted overseas' type courses .

Why is Holland so off the modern day golfing scene ?
