Greywalls (Marquette GC) Sept 22/23
« on: August 27, 2007, 09:32:12 AM »
I am tentatively heading up to the UP one last time this year to play a round or 2 at Greywalls during the turning of the fall foliage.    If anyone is interested in joining me, send me an PM.  I believe the course is hosting the Devries Cup that weekend, but I hope to get a tee time early in the morning before the matches on the 22nd and possibly the 23rd.

Cheers,
Brad

Bringing this up again if anyone is interested.  I'll be trying to get a teetime for at least Saturday morning (and maybe Sunday morning) if anyone is interested.

Cheers,
Brad

Generally your best bet for fall colors there is the first week of October to get them at their absolute peak.  I'm hoping to get there at least another couple times this year myself - I hear the course is playing the best its ever been.

Brian,
Since we're going to be roughing it on this trip and camping with my 1 year old, I also need to maximize the potential for good weather, so October is out.  The course was playing great in July, and I expect it to be awesome in a few weeks.

Cheers,
Brad
