I've always been a big Woody Austin fan.  If there's a PGA player who I am similar to in terms of style of golf game (my ball-striking is my major strength and my putting is my major weakness), personality (I am very animated on the golf course) and fashion sense (I love my Tabasco shirts dearly ), it's the Wood Man.

Couple the above revelations with the fact that Southern Hills is a ball-striker's golf course (there are few players on tour who are better at that than Austin), and I decided to take a flyer on the Wood Man.

I hope to see more Tabasco shirts on the golf course after today.
