Over / unders, feel free to speculate and add to list -- please, no wagering.
1. Streaker materializes on 18 fairway: over = after, under = on or before.
2. Streaker has all body markings -- e.g., "19th Hole" on back with arrow pointing down to cloaca -- at or above L5 vertebra: over = higher, under = at or lower.
3. Streaker body markings not political: over = political, e.g., female streaker with "Bush" on tummy and arrow pointing down, under = nonpolitical. Vegetarian / vegan remarks deemed "nonpolitical."
4. No flour bombs this year: over = at least one flour bomb, under = no flour bombs.
5. Tiger halts swing once due to camera (including camera phones): over = once or above, under = zero.
6. Steve Williams throws one camera into a burn: over = once or more, under = zero.
7. Peter Alliss tops "bum-scratching" commentary from Friday: over = yes, under = no.*
8. Coverage includes 5 shots by Tiger...on the practice range. Over = 5 or more, under = less than 5.
9. Crowd sings 4 full choruses of "Ole Ole" if Sergio wins: over = 4 or more, under = less than 4. (Personally, I'd prefer the "Toreador" song from Bizet's Carmen, but one cannot hope for much at a sporting event.)
10. Americans only: Faldo looses 3x more zingers than, uh, Zinger: over = Faldo >= 3x Azinger, under = Faldo < 3x Azinger.
11. Americans only: Azinger mentions how he "invented" belly putter twice: over = more than twice, under = twice or less

*George Peper writes in his memoir of his time at St. Andrews that Open volunteers received a memo and a lecture specifically on not doing anything that would make them fodder for a Peter Alliss hit and run. Apparently this memo is not distributed at the gate.
