CBM's Ballyshear

Did Charles Blair Macdonald have two houses with this name?

I remember reading in George Bahto's book where his home across from NGLA was named Ballyshear and I'm sure I read somewhere that his mansion in Chicago was named Ballyshear.

Did the exist at the same time? Do they still?

Eric: both houses had the same name - the name was from his grandfather's house in Scotland

they existed at the same time and still exist
If a player insists on playing his maximum power on his tee-shot, it is not the architect's intention to allow him an overly wide target to hit to but rather should be allowed this privilege of maximum power except under conditions of exceptional skill.
