Just looking around and saw that Mt. Washington (NH - Ross) is closed for renovations being led by Brian Silva.

Any news on the project?

I played it way back in 1984 and remember it as a fun course with some incredible scenery.

Here's a direct copy/paste from the Mount Washington website.

We are happy to announce the Mount Washington Resort golf courses will be receiving some much-needed attention beginning this spring. The Mount Washington Course, originally designed by Donald Ross (1915), will be caringly restored with the help of Brian Silva. We anticipate the first 9 holes will reopen in June of 2008, with the second 9 holes reopening in September of 2008. Also under the guidance of Brian Silva, The Mount Pleasant course will be renovated and expanded to a full 18-hole course. Construction will begin in the spring of 2008 with the intention to have the project completed by September 2009.

This Donald Ross course restoration will enhance your play on the links at The Mount Washington Resort, but in order to fully restore this historic course, we will regrettably only have the 9-hole Mount Pleasant Course to offer for play this summer. It will, however, be well worth the wait.
