Again, it appears the firm and fast set-up at TPC Southwind is confounding the touring professionals, and refuting the argument that zoysia is an inferior fairway grass. With the exception of a few holes, there aren't many trees, the rough is relatively short, and the greens aren't tricked up. Mother Nature gets a slight assist with a nice breeze and the pins are tucked.
Perhaps the USGA dandruff crowd can take a few pointers from the Hillbillies. We rule.
