The latest issue of NCGA magazine has an interesting article about the soon-to-be-opened Trinitas Golf Course. I would be surprised to learn that not everyone who posts on here has entertained thoughts of building their own course given the means. Here's the story of a gent with very limited means who achieved his dream nonetheless.

Great story, thanks for posting.

My dream golf course wouldn't include a Jumbotron, so to each his own on that. I'll look forward to GCAers from NorCal posting on the merits of the course.

Maybe the PGA Tour could exlpoit this guy if Fresberg's course isn't ready?

Sounds like the way a great golf course is born, not designed.
