Changing TOC

If the same people that have had the say in the development of ANGC had been able to do the same to TOC what would have been changed?

Would the burn on 1 be a pond? Would the 1st and last fairways be seperated by a fir plantation?

they'd have probably placed half of the tee boxes outside the course limits... or something equally ridiculous   ;)
