Getting back from the Grit-eating world, Yes, from the one course I have seen of Ault & Clark's, yes they are Waffle House all of the way. But if you wanted to get down to it--real Georgia-homestyle Waffle House architecture, I would imagine George Cobb would be King of the Waffle House Architects.

I don't think anyone mentioned Gene "grits n" Hamm yet.  He seems to be like WHs all over the southland...

Well if George Cobb is King of Waffle House Architecture....then I want to niminate Joe Lee as King of Huddle House Architecture.

....aside ; Tommy as in Naccar and Paul.....you need to try some stone ground yellow grits to get the full experience in the world of grits.....like maybe a little Cajun shrimp over grit cakes, to spice up your taste buds.

....does anyone feel this thread suffers from a little ADD?
