Having played the area a little while only, I have developed my own opinions [shocked?

]. Hear are some.
Walden Pond is, as told, and nice course with quite a few good holes. It is worth the price.
Shaker Run is FAR better than Glenn allows. Even the Hurdzan nine is worth playing.
Weatherwax, an early Hills, is just plain good basic golf, without frills. Play all 36 in one day. I was surprised he he got 36 holes in such a small space, with virtually no overflow into other lines. Well laid out!
Reid Park sux!
All the named publics pale before the ones I have so often mentioned in Kentucky, so I go south a lot. I live in Ohio, but the best golf is south , then west, a little east, then lastly north. Dayton is NOT a hotbed of quality public golf.
