Tommy,
  I plyed there this past fall. I know that the bunker work was done by the hands of Bobby, but all the greens were reclaimed and tee, greens and approaches are now tifeagle. They might have even re done their fairways. I cannot confirm that though.

Yes Tony, it was a complete regrassing with 419 except where for the TiffEagle is noted above.
