Bermuda grass varieties?

Quick questions for the experts out there.

What are the most common & popular varieties of bermuda grasses used on golf courses today?  Specifically, are there different types used for tees, greens, fairways and roughs?

Why do you ask?

Greens ultra dwarf:
Miniverde - seems to be more popular over Eagle
Tif Eagle
Champion - has its own followers owed much to Morris Brown's experience
Emerald
328 - old school

Fwys and tees (unless in shade then its zoysia):
Tif Sport
Tifway 419
Emerald

Paspalum if water is poor / high in sodium.

Jeremy,
  Tifeagle and Champion far outweight MiniVerde. MiniVerde has been around for a few less years, but no one really took the plunge of putting it on all their greens until 3-4 years ago. Tifeagle has been around since 1998 and Champion is very popluar for it's "No till." A new one that is coming out and being marketed for courses that don't have the high maintenance budgets, is Emerald. There is actually a course in my region that has it on their fairways-We are trying it on one tee. Alot of courses are content with Tifdwarf.

Thanks Mike and Tony,
I'm really just curious because, as you can imagine, up here in Canada we never use Bermuda, so I quite honestly know NOTHING about it.  

What about in the rough?  Is there a specific type of Bermuda grass there?

Oh, and another thing I noticed when I was down in Florida this winter was a really thick bladed, almost hard grass that was used as a lawn in many areas.  Any idea what type of grass that is?

That is what we call Centipede, or St. Augustine, or sometimes Floritam. They look about the same, but some grow better in shade than others

Greens - Tif Eagle and Ultra

Fairways,Tees, Rough - 419, Celebration, Paspalum (certain conditions).  Emerald.

Jeremy,
419 can withstand a higher variance of cut.
So one grass for fwy and rough if you choose.

That florida stuff is bigger than what I've seen anywhere in Texas, it not only holds balls in the air, people too.  :)

Tony is correct regarding miniverde and the others, my reference is to current demographics - which could be wrong also.
