Not revetted.

Singular, collections, an entire hole or and an entire course.
Where are those that have left an indelible impression?

Positive and negative.

Thats easy Tony.

MPCC Dunes.  Initially unimpressed.  As the round went on, and as time has gone by, I have developed a love for what was there, and can now appreciate a style that isn't flashed up.

It is more a style that gives a peek of whats behind the kimono, rather than the full-frontal display.

James:

Some of the smaller bunkers have a vague resemblance to the Legends Heathlands course.

Tony:

Yale has a bunch of them.  So does the National Golf Links of America, but it's prettier grass, long and wispy.

Medalist Golf Club use to have some great grass faced bunkers but I think Norman finally gave up on them.

I'm assuming the indelible impression left on the bunkers at Yeaman's and Yale are pretty much due to their depth 10 to 15 feet or more...and position. Charleston's 10th with that wild green fits the bill too.

I remember Medalist having revetted bunkers, the remainder being flashed with the outer banks covered in pine straw.
