Between Grayling and Gaylord, west of I-75... heck go to blackforestgolf.com to get all the poop...

I call it the home of unfinished business...

black forest is very, very good.....one of Tom's early courses..
designed to play hard and fast.
however, they insist on overwatering and it will not play as intended....I don't know what it is about Michigan doak courses ...owner's don't seem to get it.
Still you should see it.It is about 6 miles south west of Gaylord at Wilderness Valley.

After completing your round you cart by the entrance to the first tee.. many a time we've made that turn to do it again, or while playing, go back and replay a hole .. I always hate leaving unfinished business.
