I think Kalen makes the right point - this is a trick question which asks about tourist golf, and most everyone responds with "destination golf" locales.
I think a tourist golf area would have other tourist attractions, no? So maybe Washington DC or some such, maybe even Orlando or Williamsburg, VA would qualify.
