Has anyone seen this new high-end course designed by Nicklaus in northern Virginia?

I understand it is connected with Ritz Carlton.

From what I understand, this is the new Ritz model minus the time share element.

Live Jupiter, Fl, was  4 handicap, played top 100 US, top 75 World. Great memories, no longer play, 4 back surgeries. I don't miss a lot of things about golf, life is simpler with out it. I miss my 60 degree wedge shots, don't miss nasty weather, icing, back spasms. Last course I played was Augusta

Apparently the course will not open in the fall of 2007 as originally planned. Ritz Golf will wait until the course grow in meets there high standard which will not be until sping of 2008.
