Changes at Montauk Downs ?

Has some of the work started here, if not has any one seen the master plan ?   thanks for any opinions

Mark,

  I haven't heard much about this.  Who is undertaking the work and do you know a rough idea of what is going on?  

Montauk Downs is a place I have wanted to go for a long, long time.  

The exit for "Round Swamp Road" on the LIE is often too inviting, though  ;D

Doug,
I think Rees Jones was under consideration, but i dont know if project has funding or is underway, Ive never played it either !
